I have not encountered such a problem. Write the type of your device and operating system, probably @Support can help.
You can reduce the size of the puzzle so that it fits completely on the screen
I've solved a big puzzle on my phone right now. The field can be easily moved up and to the right. There is a scale at the top and you can change the size of the field.
